Tonight on Almanac we explore how candidate Mark Dayton said he would handle the budget in our Budget Slapshot from the campaign compared to what Governor Dayton did in his actual budget released this week.  Overall Dayton's promises pretty much held true, he spent more on health care and education than he even planned and added property tax increases on homes over a million dollars.  Transportation numbers vary because of dedicated funds.  Here's a grid comparison:
