ZZZZZZZZZZ

Posted on 07/06/11 at 12:12 pm in response to Skepticism, lack of enthusiasm greet 'third way' budget solution plan

#19 says: "Relying on guys in their late 70s (isn't Mondale over 80 now?) to figure out today's problems is a recipe for irrelevance." So much for respect for government service and an attempt to come to compromise...I'm wondering why #19 is so quick to disregard those with ideas for getting out of this mess simply because they're older and wiser? When does one become "irrelevant?" The "kids" in the Legislature don't seem to be doing a very mature or relevant job of it so far!

Posted on 07/05/11 at 12:40 pm in response to Bachmann's spouse Marcus: valued strategist or liablity?

It probably won't take long for voters outside the Sixth District to decide strategist or liability vis a vis "Doctor" Marcus. His YouTube presence, together with his from-above message that gays are "barbarians" who need to be "educated" and "disciplined," make this an easy choice.

Kris Johnson, former Medtronic VP, is a very accomplished business woman. Yes, woman.

I don't care how many children this person has, had, or miscarried. I don't want this person anywhere near the Presidency of this country. Being able to reproduce is not a Constitutional requirement for the office.

Posted on 06/29/11 at 03:14 pm in response to Bachmann on John Wayne gaffe: 'People can make mistakes'

Don't forget she's on the House Intelligence Committee...really...and she has lots 'n lots 'n lotsa kids...and she wants her country back now!

It's difficult for me to decide who's more dangerous: TPaw or Shelley Bachmann.

#1: "They better be careful about what they say..." Oh, please...Pretty soon some 'Mericans like Shelley Bachmann and her TeaPeeple will have to start investigating Bachman's (one "n") for having anti-American sentiments! They better be scared!

Posted on 06/20/11 at 02:42 pm in response to Some stunning numbers about Facebook

...uh, like, OMG! Facebook: a 24/7 holiday letter! Like look at me! Like look at my perfect children! Like are you still looking at me? Can you see me eating a cupcake? Why haven't you tweeted me in the last hour? Like I posted another great picture of myself!! Ain't narcissism grand?

Posted on 06/17/11 at 11:13 am in response to Paulsen, Klobuchar wellness op-ed says: Stay healthy

"Staying healthy keeps the lid on rising health care costs." Well, duh! This earthshaking statement is an example of "bipartisanship"? How well we can work together in Congress? Well, some people aren't well and will never be "well" because of conditions beyond their control, even though they floss daily and look both ways before crossing. Rather than spout feel-good platitudes, let's "stay healthy" while supporting the Affordable Health Care Act and not deep-sixing Medicare, Rep. Paulsen...
