This stadium is a monstrosity. It is oversized for the neighborhood, and will stick out like a sore thumb. There are 4 story high blank walls. There is nothing to connect it with the neighborhood.
To compare this design with the Guthrie or the Weisman is to compare an AMC Gremlin with a Ferrari or a DeLoren.
Hopefully the Minneapolis City Council will reject this hideous design and tell them to try again. But seeing as how the Council screwed the taxpayers to pay for this...

Yes, Dan is correct, FairVote Minnesota lied about who supported their St.Paul initiative claiming that the State DFL, Barack Obama, John McCain and Ralph Nader all supported the St. Paul Campaign, when in fact none did. I was one of the complainants and a 3 Judge panel ruled in our favor and fined FairVote $5,000.

Funny I went to Pawlenty's website and watched his campaign video on YouTube, which talks about Freedom of Speech and prosperity.
