You know that if someone at this level is pissing off both the GOP and the DFL they are speaking the truth.

So what is the lesson?

Spend freely and if you're caught it won't be that bad? Because the last time I checked $200 is a pretty good deal for $1,449.54 worth of services.

So sorry to hear about this, we get MSPMAG at home and Brian has long been one of our favorites.

Brian, our prayers are with you.

An 800,000 fine? Isn't that just about the amount of money the state needs to borrow from the schools?

Hmmmm.

I'm in the same boat as Jason. I have a hard time sorting the differences between physical and mental health as they apply to serving in public office, both can be a factor in how a candidate can perform their duties and I think there's an arguement that mental health can affect the ability to perform duties more than something like a heart defect.

Shouldn't that picture have a caption? "Laugh it up fuzz ball"

Posted on 12/02/09 at 10:28 am in response to Obama's Afghan speech: Unconvincing

I didn't watch the speech and it wouldn't matter to me if he were convincing or not. I disagree with the entire premise and I see pushing off troop withdrawl for another 18 months as political opportunism.

Just think, start sending troops home around and in the the last year of a presidency. Hmmmm.

What could that accomplish?

So yeah, I don't think any real solutions are being offered and I believe Obama is playing with American lives for political gain.

Still,...

"Lubinski says she has nothing but respect for the people who serve on the board, but wonders if the CRA model isn't outdated"

I'm pretty sure that the outdated model is police being above the law.

"why is it that H1N1 feels so much more virulent"

One word, media.
