I have to say that, generally, if Soucheray is aginit. I am for it.
He is nothing but a neo-con shill. For which he gladly takes the money.
His "logic" is so clouded, that he needs a fog horn when in dry dock on a clear day.

IRV the last senate election and Franken wins decisively and that is why the neo-cons are against it.

I am not a meteorologist in any way, but I am having a hard time believing that the corridor of damage from approx. 48th st south all the way to downtown was caused by a tornado itself. My guess is that there were strong winds shearing from the southeast channeling up the Park and Portland north/south roadways feeding the formation of a tornado, which resulted in a funnel near downtown. My first experience with a comments section was at the Pionner Press just after the Wellstone plane crash. It was appalling. Most of the comments were so harsh, things like: "I am glad that pinko commie is dead". Anyone who dared to say something good about the family was immediately trashed by at least a dozen different (?) posters. The site was effectively taken over. I had the opportunity to talk to Nick Coleman at a Drinking Liberally gathering (Thursdays, 6-9, 331 Club) awhile ago.
I asked him about the nasty comments that saturated anything he wrote. He said he complained and was told that there were language filters. So a name calling commenter had misspelled douche bag and it went through. The irony of ignorance was not lost as he told us this.

Just so everyone knows who Tom Swift is. He doesn't win arguments, he refuses to acknowledge anything outside of his cast in stone, antiquated opinions. Recently, the STrib ran an article about Pawlenty's show. It was a soggy partisan piece, basically regurgitating what Pawlenty said about Michael Jackson getting to much of the limelight. Oh, and it is time to move on after Franken's victory, as well.

Tom Swift, I have documented comments of mine being removed from the Star and Tribune website that were neither profane or violent. At the same time the right was vigorously attacking anything center left as communist, anti-American and worse.

It is a known fact that the words Assassination and Wellstone can never be used in the same sentence over at the STrib.

It is ironic how the right claims the STrib is so liberal but it allows wholesale bashing of so called leftists or...
