What are you talking about, both FOX news (KTALK) locally, Rush, and Glen Beck have all addressed the issue and questioned his belief's. I would say they are far from leftist media.......

Booing is booing, does it really matter? Trying to justify it later hardly makes the GOP base or candidates appear mainstream or sensitive. If he wrapped himself in a Tea Party flag people would have cheered....How is that any flag any different while wearing his uniform?

You and your way...

Her fading in the GOP race is actually a real bummer, even for someone who would never vote for her. Now she will be able to drop out of the POTUS race and re-run for her Congressional seat, and the people in her district will probably still be brainwashed enough to re-vote her in. Plus we won't have a local connection to POTUS race to read and fight about everyday.

"In other words, they abandoned a constituency they claimed to care about for political expediency"

What a bunch of BS. They didn't raise the issue because it isn't part of their platform to openly discriminate against a segment of society. This is exatly what turn me from my "College/Young Republican" roots during the Arnie Carlson and early T-Paw days to a fierce Independent.. Keep it up GOP and all you will have remaining is a bunch of old blue hairs who are bitter about...

History = HIS STORY....it all depends on who is telling the story or version of facts.

Thanks MinnPost for ruining my day....as I look out into the beautiful leaves and heat coming off the blacktop all I think about is ice and snow.... You counldn't have waited a couple of weeks to ruin it for me. :) That's why we love MN I guess.

No, I think a billionaire owner who can't/won't build his own stadium is what is hampering the Vikings Stadium bill.

Viking tells legless legislator, 'Sit down n shut up'
Oh the Vikings just can't do anything right lately, oh wait, they can't seem to ever do anything right. I love the Purple and Gold, but this team always seems to have one trainwreck situation/moment after another. I am hoping for 0-16, get the number 1 pick, clean house and start over next year, but until then it should be an interesting show. Plus at the very worse, L.A. has been very good to a former Minnesota team which wore...

Posted on 09/29/11 at 12:43 pm in response to Macalester College Republicans celebrating free speech Friday

I hardly feed sorry for these "poor" Mac students. They had the choice to go to Macalester College in the first place. As a University of Minnesota and MIAC system graduate, I knew ahead of time, based on perception, rumor, and researching the school what I was expecting and what type of political environment the school has. I was part of the College Republican's at UMD and it wasn't the most right of center place, but I knew that going in. Plus I used the environment to challenge the...

Like or Dislike the way the Political figures are characterized, SNL does a remarkable job on the way they mimic the real person's speach and manorizims. Fred needs to do a better job on President Obama thought, he is a little boring. I miss the old GW days, those were some funny skits.

@ Thomas; you’re seriously going with the common language argument? Why how quick many of us forget our own roots. In 1854 the Territory of Minnesota ballot was printed in at least 20 different languages, none of which was the native language of the land. (That is a different argument for a different day.) Our rich diversity and cultural differences are what have made this country great, what is tearing it apart is the close minded silent bigotry and not in my backyard syndrome. God...
