MinnPost is a nonprofit, nonpartisan enterprise whose mission is to provide high-quality journalism for news-intense people who care about Minnesota.

Rosalind, I am sorry you feel that this program " was to get minorities who weren't qualified to teach on school district payrolls." I can't believe your post got by the Minnpost censor.
Your post is a sad reminder of how racism continues to permeate society.
As the saying goes, when we let our employer's pick and choose what medical care we have access to, we are protecting the private beliefs of a few, to DENY the essential needs of many
I am looking forward to Mr. Kline explaining why he felt the need to co-author and attempt to pass, "forcible rape legislation" with Paul Ryan? Just what we need, another elected official trying to punish rape victims!
The story on the disastrous leadership in the US Attorney's office was long overdue. The police call to a Senior US Attorney's home this summer, and the outrageous conduct that was involved warranted federal oversight. Why is this attorney still employed by Mr. Jones? Oswald is right on the mark with his criticism of the office. I hope McEnroe will be allowed to write what is really going on in the office and the multiple law enforcement agencies that do not want work with staff in Jones'...
The point is that no one is writing, or being allowed to write about the incident. The St. Louis Park Police Dept could raise money selling copies of the salacious report. You may find the story in the St. Louis Park Patch online news for 8/12 or 8/15. I think the call was around 3:30 AM. I suspect McEnroe/Browning are not being allowed to write the REAL story. Ask the strib if more is coming. Ambulance records are also public information.
The alleged sex Video, taped by a junior hockey player as part of a hazing by senior hockey players is sickening. The girl may or may not know she was being taped. A 2-4 game suspension is hardly punishment for this activity. I wonder if the " boys will be boys" attitude will apply when one of these parents' find out their 16 yr old daughter was a victim. Make sure your home owners is paid up because there may be some lawsuits.
Mr. Greenman clearly needs a chemical health evaluation due to his frequent arrests for impaired Segway driving. The Lawyers' Professional Respnsibility Review Board should evaluate whether this attorney is capable of practicing law due to frequent alcohol impairment. The city might want to investigate the bar that keeps serving a clearly impaired person. Mr. Greenman needs an intervention by family or friends.
Will we live to see the day where Janet Moore is interviewed for the online business video? It is a very rare occurrence when a women gets to be online. Apparently, this publicity is reserved for the newbie male employees!!! It was great to see seasoned veteran reporter, David Phelps, interviewed today. When will it be Janet's turn?
Janet is a hardworking, thorough and excellent reporter. Nice to see her acknowledged in Minnpost!!
Accolade Health shares the same board of directors as Accretive. Accolade provides benefit quotes, healthy start services and case management services to employer groups in MN. Why didn't the AG ban Accolade as well?
