For me, I'd be more outspoken on it, but how do you do it without looking like some pathetic "Man on a white horse"? I always feel overly chivalrous after I've been too passionate for too long on the subject of womens reproductive rights. The right wing will say if you're a man involving yourself in womens issues it's just that you're trying to impress a certain type of woman and are using it as a way to get them to like you and I don't know if they're entirely wrong.
