It might be useful for MinnPost readers to know that the Jefferson Avenue bikeway is one of 37 infrastructure projects funded through the Bike Walk Twin Cities nonmotorized transportation pilot program administered by Transit for Livable Communities. Many of these projects, including bicycle boulevards, have opened already.
