If you want to know if something in a rail-car (or truck) is hazardous all you need to do is find the UN number, It will be on a large colored placard on the side of the car near the end. Rather have it on the rail then on the road.

I hate to tell you, but there are already Oil Tankers on the Great Lakes. Have been since the beginning. Also Cement carriers, Iron Ore Carriers, Limestone Carriers, Corn Carriers, Wheat Carriers.

My problem is what determines what tax rate to charge.

Last I checked there were 30,000 +/- sales taxes in the USA.

We waste way too much time just keeping track and calculating the dozen or so different Minnesota Sales taxes.

For a Washington County mail order, we have to get out a map and plot the address to determine the sales tax.

Until there is a national interstate sales tax rate or a usable, affordable rate calculator, its a big problem for the Ma and Pa...

There have been several versions of "Gateway Park" and for various reason they all have been failures. And that includes removing the last one for "Urban Renewal".

According to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, the tax due is determined by the location that purchaser takes possession of the item.

If you are in St. Cloud and you order from Minneapolis, the St. Cloud tax rate applies. If you buy in person in Minneapolis, you pay Minneapolis tax rate.

Minnesota simplified their tax rates?? You should try figuring out whether to charge someone in Washington County the Transit Tax or not.

932 people died in total.

523 people died that used the automobiles safety systems.

409 people died that DID NOT use the automobiles safety system.

The unknown is how many of those 409 died that would have survived if they had utilized the automobiles safety system. But it would have been at least one.
