I would have run an ad warning me about Dayton's failure to protect me from marrying Kim Kardashian. The odds are much better, the final outcome likely worse and (if you count Kris Humphries) its already harmed one of us.

...how's an Out-of-Towner, who knows the history of violence at other venues, supposed to know that here in Minnesota we're all peacxeful and there's nothing to be worried about?

"Would you have a beer with anyone who actually believed that?" Of course not, because anyone with those views has clearly been over-served.

...point out to me a site where you posted your deficit concern when we decided to use credit cards to charge the cost of 2 wars. Seriously, give me a link, ANY link to a site where you posted your "worry" back then. Cue the crickets.

but I WOULD apply the same standard. All the same arguments that apply to pot apply to alcohol & visa versa. One is no more dangerous than the other. Prohibition didn't work with alcohol and the War on Drugs shouldn't include pot.

Jennifer Hasselberger is NOT an attorney and I don't believe has any legal education in the traditional sense. So I'm not sure it's accurate to call her a "legal advisor".

My comment wasn't intended to besmirch her education. I'm suggesting she wasn't qualified to advise the Church in civil legal matters. Regardless of all her degrees, is she eligible to practice in state or federal court? As I said, I don't think she can be a legal advisor in the traditional sense.
