...while I disagree with Hall on he is belief that it's a matter of "money" (and where he and I come down on the whole issue of gay marriage), I do concur with him that I get tired of every opponent being classified as a bigot or bully. There are grounds for reasonable, rational disagreement. I just conclude its time to allow gays to marry.
....you think WalMart is bringing added value to Mankato? Do you think there are Mankato residents who are just sitting on their wallets until a Walmart opens? You appear to have absolutely no understanding of the past history of the WalMart concept. I'm guessing their are tons of small business owners and their employees who are or will be complaining as WalMart drives them out of business.

...call me cynical, but this about-face has much more to do with winning elections than it does with ending discrimination. Compare the number of times she referneces her party than compared to the actuall effect of discrimination. The only way Pat Awada will let you out of the closet is if the door opens into the election booth.
