OK, I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds it obviously ironic that of all the fabrics Michelle could use to snag campaign donations, she chose "fleece".

So Greg @ #5, post-2008 suddenly no business knows how to apply for a loan? That's a load of you-know-what!

Let me take Dennis #2's argument a little farther.....why bar charts? How would these figures look if they were put into a pie chart or a graph. If we did that, then you Liberals would be singing an entirely different song!

With due respect (sort of) to Swifty, it appears he forgot that that Grant = Money.

If I were Newt and I were trying to make a cogent argument that I have a thoroughly understanding of the Constitution, the last guy I'd have standing with me is Tom Emmer. Game, set, match to Burke.

I'm always amused at the Self-Absorbed like Chad who are so able to readily identify the flaws of the Millennials. Of course, I suppose it's easier when Chad and his fellow Tea Partiers have had the benefit of looking in the mirror.

Let me slightly re-work Chad's soliloquy for him...."nothing in the Tea Partiers upbringing has prepared them for the inevitable disappointments awaiting them in retirement. They’ve been told since birth that if they did the “right” things — went to work...

I always love the mrhands argument which, taken to its logical conclusion means everyone will ultimately be working for nothing. Rather than vent at the employer who's screwing him, he wants everyone dragged down to his level.

But here's the solution for teachers who are expected to work for free. Become legislators.....they got paid for NOT working last July.

Kooks have been shooed away from the Bachmann home? Then where's Marcus residing these days?

"In effect, the argument is that you're free to say whatever you wish, so long as I win the debate."

James, where in the Daily story did it say or imply that the Catholic Church would be mandated to perform same sex marriages?

James #3, how exactly is a casino "public money"? Unless you consider "newly created public money" public money. If that's the case, then I think you need to re-ask your question. I think a lot of people you believe are on your side would switch over if the $$ are coming from a casino. I know a handful of them myself.
