Northeast Minneapolis is in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most churches on one city block. Maybe we need to start licensing churches? I live 2 blocks away from a Nordeast church and there's always a group of drunks hanging around outside waiting for hand outs. If anything I'd like protection from these DRUNKS the church is attracting on their own. Up the block on Central Ave there's also an Islamic center right next to a liquor store-- they seem to be doing just fine.
