I have read all the comments above and agree with many arguments, but there will never be a perfect solution. I live in a middle class household and the last thing we want to do is turn our backs on the poor, less privileged, or others that are struggling. We have had to struggle to with cutting back on spending due to a proposed 20% property tax increase, health insurance premium increase, and health problems this past year.
