It's a long shot that he'll get a ring with Cleveland but certainly a better chance than here. But Jeff (#2), I know it's been a dismal season but the Twins had championships in '87 and '91. When was the Cubs last one??? Let's keep a little perspective...

Seems pretty superficial to me. What does it mean that his "constituent outreach is unprecedented"??? This particular one seems like a pretty lame effort.

What does Erik Paulsen know about Israel? This looks pretty superficial to me. Not sure it's newsworthy.

Looks like Cravaack is another one of those "I've got mine, now pull up the ladder."

Okay, not the first or last time Bachmann will exaggerate. If I may say she is quite shameless.

In case anyone hasn't noticed, the US s overstretched on all fronts at the moment. While it may be abstractly ideal to add this battle to our agenda there is a limit to what the US can do abroad and at home. Get real. Sanctions take a long time to work but they do work over time. Military intervention is much more costly and ineffective. There is way too much of a cowboy mentality among some-- witness Cheney/Bush/Neoconservative foreign policy.

This is a mildly interesting but insignificant peek behind the curtain. Many of the mass media have covered Bachmann's views on domestic and foreign policy which are frankly much scarier. She herself is a master at drawing attention to herself and obtaining extensive coverage most often including video. When she is criticized or questioned about her many and often significant misstatements of fact she denies them and changes the subject.

It sounds like he's pretty guilty but could someone explain why the guy in Norway is not a terrorist?
