My brief review of Matt Entenza's policy positions show someone that this progressive could support against any right-winger out there. But I'd like to see more courage in forthrightly stating policies that would actually solve problems. Matt endorses "Medicare for all," which would be great if the feds were prepared to do it. The General Accountability Office has confirmed the numbers - what is lacking is courage at the legislature to face the facts and ignore well-financed lobbying. Senator Marty and Representative Bly deserve our thanks! Their bill is explained at mnhealthplan.org.
Wouldn't it be refreshing, not to mention beneficial, if we elected a Governor with John Marty's point of view on honest government?
Oh wait! He IS running for Governor!
