Last year, my employer's wellness program altered its requirements to eliminate the annual doctor visit from the checklist of items required to receive the program's modest benefit (a couple hours of PTO every 4 months).

Instead, the form was redesigned to simply have a place for the physician indicate when the individual ought to come back again, based on the need for age appropriate tests and overall level of health. So if your doctor says you are the picture of health, you may not...

Flying 55,000 people to Los Angeles 8 times a year for 20 years at $1,000 a pop comes out to a total of $8.8 *BILLION*, not $88 million.
