Outrageous assumptions. We like our blizzards here in Minnesota, but your attempt at giving us a white Christmas apparently is this snowjob of statistics proclaiming Josh Willingham's "clear superiority" over Michael Cuddyer -- many of which favor Cuddyer! Reality says that because they're both 33, their production could be starting to fade, and gives utmost importance to last season: Cuddyer hit .284 to Willingham's .246, with a .346-.332 edge in on-base percentage. It's not so much that Brett Favre can't make up his mind to quit football. He doesn't want to retire, and he can still rifle a bullet pass through a keyhole, so he's not like the many faltering old players who can't do it any more but also can't give it up.
