This is an interesting idea. Can anybody tell me why the SMS tribe didn't come up with it?
The article mentions emergency vehicles. Unfortunately, emergencies know no schedules.
I don't think the community of Stillwater wants a freeway bridge that bypasses the downtown area, but something needs to be done to improve on the current situation.
