After the mess the GOP made of there one time in power, they won't be again until the become inclusive. They want a grass roots power, but they exclude all but the insiders in determining who is going to run for office. They need to open up the party, include the people on the street and have a primary. If they don't, they have dictatorship, which no one is going to support anymore. I know I am retty much done with them and I have been a GOP supporter for over 45 years.

Obviously you have never been a police officer, but I have and spent 21 years in law enforcement. False calls are a terribly dangerous situation. Its dangerous because it is not handled as a false call. They are all handled as a real call and somebody is apt to get shot and killed, say a kid with a toy gun or with something that looks like a gun. Why would children be anymore confused about having gay parents than to have several parents as a result of divorce or having no parents because of divorce, alcoholism, spousal abuse you name it? The bottom line is a man and a women being married doesn't mean it was made in heaven. Most of them about 61% are made in hell and the poor kids are in the middle being pulled every which way. I suppose those opposed to gay marriage think it is alright for their father to come home late at night...

Banning anything guns, drugs, alcohol, bread, you name it has never worked and will not work. All banning something does is make new millionaires. As soon as something is banned, somebody will think of way to smuggle it in and sell it. I don't care what it is the banned, that is way it has always been and that is the way it will always be.

How many stolen guns are brought into the state from, another state, from mexico, from an Eastern bloc country, and or China? I actually had email conversations with several GOP legislators that believe being gay is a choice. It is incredible that supposedly intelligent people would believe in what a Bible says, rather than face the facts of science.
