I'm all for bicycling (I own several bikes and ride a lot) but this is not only excessive but also intrusive. People can ride on a residential street like this without making a mess out of the neighborhood. Lowering the speed limit to 25 is a good idea for any residential street but all the lane markers and round-abouts aren't needed and will simply cost a lot of money in an already cash strapped economy.
