In 2003 Williams college won the Men's D3 hoops title and are currently ranked #5 in the nation.
As for Ryan's question, D3 used to allow redshirts up until a couple years ago but currently the only redshirts allowed are medical. On a side note the MIAC has long since banned the redshirt if they ever allowed it
