It doesn't surprise me that Republicans think the press is too easy on Obama, becasue many of them harbor a visceral dislike approaching hate for Obama, and can't understand why the press isn't as critical of Obama as they are. But fewer Democrats find the press is too easy on Romney; though they won't vote for him, they don't dislike him to the degree that Republicans hate Obama. I remember being the first patient of the day to see my gynecologist, being ushered into an exam room, and asked to remove my clothing and put on a gown for the exam. I sat there, gowned and freezing, for 45 minutes, then poked my head out the door and asked a passing nurse to come in. She came in and stammered a lame explanation for the wait, so I asked directly, "Is the doctor even in the building yet?" She answered honestly, "No." Of course, I put on my clothes and left.

I am so glad that Shelby is free to comment. He reports candidly and accurately about Noble, who is truly one of our state's guardians of wise energy generation and sustainable energy use. Shelby could also affirm that Noble is a real gentleman and wise advocate in the way he relates to state entities.

The Tenthers also revere the founding fathers, except the ones they don't. Texas tried to omit the brilliant Thomas Jefferson from state textbooks, presumably because he was a Unitarian, and not a fundamenetalist Christian. At least they're consistent in their inconsistency. The cherry-picking goes on and on, loving deficits while Bush was doing the spending and vilifying Obama for spending funds necessary to jump-start the economy Bush wrecked.
