In the public schools I would think they would have a lot (if not complete) authority to determine what is sold and/or offered.

Kluwe didn't ask the government to shut the PP down. Kluwe didn't seek to restrict the PP in any way.

He's a man with principles and walked away from an organization he didn't want to be associated with.
