Catholic Charities also has a shelter just for teens and young adults called Hope Street. And while the word Catholic may be in the name of this organization, it doesn't turn away anyone from shelter based on religion, race, sexual orientation, etc. It doesn't even ask.

As a former employee, I can say that the organization is focused on human dignity and helping people get out of poverty, not on judging what brought them there.
