Any other City employee would be disciplined up to the point of being fired for having alcohol in the office, much less drinking any! RT is pathetic. Save it for the bar AFTER working hours like every other employee!

In the meantime, since the city has to find money somewhere, departments are preparing for a minimum of a 5% cut to their operating budgets.

Spot on! That sales tax break on capital equipment purchases will sure (not) create more jobs. Small business owners will smile all the way to the bank as they save some money on planned purchases.
The recent "new sound" of 105 gets a two thumbs down from me. The new sound started after these numbers came out.
