MinnPost is a nonprofit, nonpartisan enterprise whose mission is to provide high-quality journalism for news-intense people who care about Minnesota.
Donations and pledges totaling $25,000 or more have been made by each of the families and foundations listed. For a list of all donors by category, see our most recent Year End Report.
Seriously needs help. I go there twice a year for gift cards (it's loud, ugly, etc. etc. etc.You all know the complaints about their stores). I was there this week. They were selling crayons and stuffed animals. They need help.
TG for Minnpost!
Awesome list. Thanks, Don.
Another reason the public ignores studies and article like this, is the blanket statements and headlines. One size does not fit all. Maybe high doses are harmful but that doesn't make all supplements unnecessary or harmful.
Really? Immediately put 7500 people to work? If Council passes a resolution it must be so. The City has $675 million for a stadium but no money for its workers who have not had a raise in years (nor will they), fand face ever higher deductibles and premiums for insurance? And they wonder City "leaders" have ZERO credibility.
I agree it makes no sense for Target to buy Best Buy. And the demise of Best Buy will do little, if anything, to bolster the sales of electronics at Target.
Mr. Foster, there is a reason you are the only person in Target's electronics section. Woe unto the poor soul who buys a defective electronice device at Target and tries to return or exchange it. No consumer in his/her right mind would risk facing that gauntlet. (I've personally witnessed this many times.) Everyone I know buys...
Sorry, Devin. This reads like Michele's press release. I expect more from Minnpost.
What's the difference between Nature and God's Nature?
This is ordinance material. Not a resolution.
Has no one checked on the basic law of supply & demand? You can cut my business taxes to nothing, but if more people aren't buying what I am selling, I won't be doing more hiring (creating jobs).
