Same old story, with a new variable ("to be left alone" ) in the infinite loop.

Once I promise to show inconvenient quotes by Israeli leaders, that one goes away.

How nice this ("to be left alone") sounds. But there is a big elephant in the room. It is called the disposession of Palestinians from their lands.

So what if the Palestinians collabarated with the Nazis. I can, if that is where you want to take the discussion, point to several nasty collabarations by America and Israel.

So what if the Palestinians say nasty things. I can point to nasty things said by say , Churchill, Moshe Dayan, Golda Meir.

We've heard the same old stories over and over again.

Myles, in another post tried to portray himself as a person somehow looking to cross a bridge to obtain a peacefull solution. Then here he goes back to square one in mouthing the same "Hamas wants to destroy Israel" talking points.

If Myles wants to go in that direction I'll be happy to point out many Israeli actions that have nothing to do with Hamas wanting to destroy Israel, but rather quite the opposite.

Using Hamas charter has become one grand obustication.

The conflict has moved beyond the sphere of Palestinian secular nationalism into stateless religious fundamentalism.

There is no end game even if Israel defeats every opponent on the battle field. Any peace treaty signed without Hamas (or whatever the fundamentalist organization that morphs) will not be worth the paper it is signed on. It will be rejected by the radicals, just like the current cease fire document. Any Palestinian leader who signs it will be a sitting target.

Land Appropriations - Oh wait, Israel under International law is the controlling authority in Gaza. Ah, but lets blame it all on Egypt. Why not ? Hand over Gaza to our favorite American sponsored butcher in Egypt and then say "look there is Palestine"

The rope-a-dope by Israel and its apologists on their land scam never ends.

Is it anti-semitism or the plain ole truth. Of course when questioned about Israeli actions like the Land Grab, the pro-semitic baiters come out of the woodwork. Why next Joel, will accuse the rest of us as Holocaust deniers and the rest.

Oh yeah, Israel has nothing but tolerate Gaza rockets. Does that nothing include a blockade of food and medicine, more land expropriations ? Thats a whole lot of nothings.

Mr. Mordecai

You claim there is a range of views.

All i hear is Mark Rotenberg spending 6 months to define what is terrorism. I guess he does not know the words settlements, colonization, starvation etc....

I dont hear the same voices speak out when AIPAC invites right wing nuts who openly support the expropriation of Palesinian lands.

I don't hear Mr Hunegs and his organization calling for a halt to the settlements.

So where exactly is the 'range of views...

No it is not off topic Joel, although i do agree it is an inconvenient topic. Especially when it comes to the duplicity of Israeli leaders like Sharon.

Using terms like Judenrein is just self victimization. Pro-semitic baiting has grown so old.

Talk about the great Israeli land grab and pro Israeli apologists will deftly talk only about Gaza.

Say Joel, ever heard that most of the settlers in Gaza were moved to the West Bank. Yes they just moved from one settlement to another.

Not all of us buy into the unceasing propaganda

Once again Joel Rosenberg being the apologist for Israeli, will not talk about the great Israeli land grab.

The Israelis for their wack job settlers take Palestinians lands. And oh my gosh, the Palestinians are fighting back.

Goebbels would be proud of some of the pro Israeli propoganda
