"All men are created equal except homosexuals" and "All men are created equal except people without government issued photo IDs"

Most people wont see a thing. The rebate goes to your employer who can do whatever they want with it. Your employer can use the rebate to reduce the price of your insurance or they can give it back to shareholders. It will be interesting to see how many companies just use it to show they reduced expenses and give it back to Wall Street in the form of dividends.

I'm waiting for the letter from my health plan to wave in front of the Board of Directors.

Posted on 06/29/12 at 07:30 am in response to Supreme Court health-care ruling: Sorting out what it means

Roberts has effectively said: Listen, the one thing we can all agree on is that it is the right of every American to have access to our healthcare system, not just the wealthy, not just the healthy, not just the employed. I just don't think how Congress ensured this right is very smart. The American people elected these idiots and its not my job to question the American people.

I was talking to an friend from India and told him of a co-worker who was fired for non-performance. He was shocked. He explained that in India, if someone isn't doing their job, they fire the manager. It is the manager's job to make sure the people under them perform by training them and giving them the support they need to do their job.

This should apply to public schools. In America, the incentive is to save money. We reward the manager who cuts the budget. The manager who fires...

Google conspiracy theories and you'll find thousands of sites that agree with you. Google "Perverts" and you'll find ten thousand perverts to talk to. We unfriend people who disagree with our views. We frequent web sites that agree with our views. In 1987, if you were a child molester, you were a monster. In 2012, you can find a web site that supports and even encourages you.

The internet splinters our social fabric into individual threads not a common blanket. Two people living side...

Reagan bought out the Savings and Loan Industry and Bush bought up the banking industry, the insurance industry and Freddie and Fannie Mae.

Those actions make Obama look like Herbert Hoover. Yet which party are they calling Socialist?

Shut down the capital before you do any further damage.

The private sector passes the human costs of free trade to the public sector while the private sector reaps the monetary benefits.

The problem in today's political environment is that when the Government tries to recover the costs, the private sector screams "Government Intrusion" and "No More Taxes" and the private sector walks away laughing all the way to the Wall Street Bank.

Strib has a vested interest in keeping the Vikes around. Their pay wall revenue comes from sports fans. The largest amount of words printed in last Sunday's newspaper was discussion about the NFL draft.

No NFL, No Sid. Could we really live with ourselves if that were to happen?
