I completely disagree with every iota of this bill. No one's medical records should be released without their specific permission regardless of how long it has been. I am going to make sure I add something to my Medical Directives explicitly forbidding this to happen to my records.

Regarding the issues of concussion study: how in the world would Mr. Gehrig's medical records even be applicable pre CT/MRI even IF, IF, IF his diagnosis was in question?

Entenza's third place at the DFL table just goes to show you that having the over $5 million to spend because you wife made uber amounts of money on the backs of people's health insurance premiums just doesn't fly in Minnesota.

Bachmann is busy concentrating on district work from HAWAII, not in her "district". Rough life.

In 2007 "ran" for the St. Paul School Board to fill an interim position. I was not selected, but Tom contacted me afterward. He strongly encouraged me to run for the board. He offered suggestions and advice. When I told him that if I ran it would probably not be under a Republican label, he wasn't phased in the slightest. I believe he saw some of my committment to kids and families.

I wish I had half as much committment as he did. He will be missed.
