After numerous doctors could do nothing for my chronic musculoskeletal pain, other than scratch their heads and prescribe toxic pain relievers, a physical therapist happened to mention that I could be low on vitamin D. Feeling that I had little to lose, I embarked on a course of 10,000 IU per day of oral D3. I began to feel a little better within a few weeks, although it took almost a year for all the pain and inflammation to disappear.
