MinnPost is a nonprofit, nonpartisan enterprise whose mission is to provide high-quality journalism for news-intense people who care about Minnesota.
Donations and pledges totaling $25,000 or more have been made by each of the families and foundations listed. For a list of all donors by category, see our most recent Year End Report.
Until all politicians in Minnesota renounce the Koch brothers and refuse all campaign contributions from them, Minnesota will be suffering from the corruption of these two disgraced businessmen from Kansas. The Koch brothers stole one and a half billion dollars worth of oil from an Indian reservation in Oklahoma and are using this money to buy influence in statehouses and Congress.
Every politician who accepts money from the Koch brothers should be considered just as corrupt as the Koch brothers. The Koch brothers stole one and a half billion dollars of oil from an Indian reservation in Oklahoma. Every Minnesota politician needs to renounce the Koch brothers NOW.
Can't the GOP convince one of their Koch-addled legislators to run?
I've given up on Minnesota and all its Koch-addled legislators.
Can we assign a score of less than zero to the freshmen of Minnesota's 2011 legislative session? They seem to have contempt for everything except their beloved Koch brothers, their campaign financiers.
The people of Minnesota need to sue the Koch brothers and the Republican legislators for every penny of the millions of dollars that were lost during the shutdown, while these lock-step legislators were pursuing their rigid Right-Wing policies.
After the sorry episode in Minnesota where all the Republican legislators were marching in lock-step to destroy the Minnesota economy in order to promote the extreme Right Wing agenda of those two brothers from Kansas, I can't see how anyone from Minnesota could ever in good faith vote for a Republican for any position again.
Am I going to vote for these Koch waterboys who are willing to destroy the Minnesota economy for the sake of their beloved Koch brothers' extreme Right-Wing views? Hmmm...
Perhaps in the next election Minnesotans will have the good sense to vote for legislators who actually want to do good for Minnesota instead of blindly follow lock-step two extreme Right-Wing brothers from Kansas who are out to destroy the Minnesota economy to push their extreme agenda.
The little Republican automaton legislators marching in field step to carry out the evil schemes of their billionaire campaign financiers, two brothers from Kansas, to take away the money we all paid into Medicare and Social Security and give it to the billionaire campaign financiers. It has been a depressing summer.
