A Global Solution where all Professional & Gopher Sports Venues & the Convention Center are under one Management structure covering all debt with a single Revenue source is what’s needed and a Mall of America Phase II & Stadium with a MOA II Revenue Zone with revenue sharing for that and a New Street-wide Mall Like Skyway System are the answer for Minneapolis and instead of $100 Million for a revamped aging Target Center why not build a new one that will be shared with the...

The Metrodome employ's 22 Full time People and 400 Part Time with 5 hour shifts 10 days a year and the new Stadium will be the same. $1 Billion to build it and no new full time regular jobs.

A Mall of America Phase II & Stadium will bring back 5 Million Tourists that we've lost since 2000 and that will create 5,000 Full time Jobs of 30 hours or more a week and bring in $2 Billion from out-side of Minnesota, New Money. The choice of a Stadium approach will have a 25-year impact...

Great comments here. Only a Mall of America Phase II & Stadium would create new Jobs from the new Tourism it will bring in. They will be "core city jobs" that give people at start in life and what's needed for the people in your district need and a Downtown Stadium doesn't help them, so if you care...

Ownership of land around a new plan for the Metrodome hasn't been mentioned in the StarTribune Vikings Stadium Stories as well as anything on a Stadium at Mall of America where they don't own land and Xanadu Mall in New Jersey which will kill MN Touirsm and Mayor Rybak likes good press and formerly worked for the StarTribune, isn't some of Zygi's Land on... A Mall of America Stadium with a Phase II will bring Tourism and Jobs to Minnesota and it could be the change needed for MN Gopher Football. Top talent wants National TV Broadcasting MOA Stadium with worldwide recognition will get games on TV, Gopher Rival Games with Wisconsin, Iowa & Nebraska
will all that will travel will sell 100,000 tickets which gets the games on TV and the Talent here to play, just need Governor Dayton to help and that's the viking buzz...

Mall of America Phase II & Stadium will have an economic impact of $4 Billion due to the 15 million tourists who will return to MN compared to a tourism value of $2 million a year for any other stadium site. Do you think anyone is going to drive up from Iowa to see a Stadium in Arden Hills or Downtown Mpls.?, MOA, you betcha. So why is the media ignoring MOA, and Governor Dayton, and minnpost.com? maybe the answer is a vikingbuzz.

A Small World, figured out that a Mall of America Stadium will help the Football Gophers by playing Rival Games like Wisconsin, Iowa & Nebraska which with the travel traffic and shopping you could sell 100,000 tickets and it would be on National TV which is what top talent wants and man with the most stadium knowledge in MN is Jay, will be sending him a letter with much information which I've done many times before, it just proves that age old saying... you can run but you can't hide......

The Kicks games were fun in Bloomington, the only problem is can we get the San Diego Chicken to come back, got 8mm film of that so maybe its been a few years, but what's wrong with bringing it all back to Bloomington?

a Mall of America Stadium will bring in 15 Million new tourists a year for 12,000 jobs, $100 Billion in economic impact and $300 Million a yr. in new state tax revenue and its got free & easy parking so why can't government share those numbers with the people?
