The Alzheimer's Association Young Champions is a diverse group of civic-minded emerging leaders who are dedicated to changing the face of Alzheimer's and related dementias by engaging their peers and raising awareness across generations.
We are dedicated to:
- increasing awareness of Alzheimer's and related dementias
- decreasing the stigma of Alzheimer's
- raising funds to provide help and hope to those affected
- advocating for change at the state and federal levels
To serve on a Young Champions committee, simply fill out and return the Young Champions membership form.
