Dive into interactive diversity activities and learn about the work of our local Diversity Business Partners — Bridge Minnesota, the National Association of Asian American Professionals Minnesota and Minnesota Rising.
Jermaine Davis, our engaging and entertaining keynote speaker, will then present ways young professionals and emerging leaders can make a valuable impact in the realm of diversity issues.
This event will be an excellent chance to find out the importance of being diversity-competent and to gain a better sense of how to lead diverse teams and communities.

Keynote Speaker
Jermaine Davis is a Communication Studies professor at Century College and a doctoral candidate studying the area of organizational leadership. He has authored or co-authored 10 books in the areas of academic success, diversity, motivation, inspiration, leadership and women’s leadership. His most recent book is “Be Diversity Competent: The Art of Understanding and Communicating Effectively with Diverse People.” Davis is also CEO and founder of Seminars & Workshops, Inc. and The Stand Out Leadership Company.
