Novelist Diego Vázquez headlines a reading jam tonight at the Black Dog Café in St. Paul’s Lowertown district.
He’ll read from his novel-in-progress, “Border Town With the UFO Sky,” in the event sponsored by the St. Paul Almanac.
Also featured tonight, at the 7 p.m. event, will be poets Julia Klatt-Singer and Marcie Rendon, young writers Andrew Hall and Evan Hall, and Adán González.
The reading jam is the first in a monthly readings (first Monday of the month) at the Black Dog, led by different St. Paul writers who also invite other writers to join in the 90-minute presentation.
