AP looks at the Star Tribune’s reorganization

Complete with a nice photo of editor Nancy Barnes and outgoing publisher Chris Harte.

The best part is at the end of Jeff Baenen’s story: Philadelphia Inquirer publisher Brian Tierney (also in bankruptcy, and at war with his creditors), says the Star Tribune’s post-reorganization debt of $100 million might be high enough to eventually prompt a return to Chapter 11. Harte responds that his paper will be “in much better shape” than the Inquirer to, as Baenen writes, “deliver a first-class product.”
