The ever-shifting details of President Obama’s Saturday health care speech have finally settled.

OK, the ever-shifting details of President Obama’s Saturday health care speech have finally settled. According to the White House, it’s at Target Center, the program begins at 12:30 p.m., and the doors open on a first-come, first-served basis at 9:30 a.m.

Yes, there’s a Twins game that starts 20 minutes before the program starts, and yes, the Gophers open tailgating 10 minutes before that (even though the stadium opener kickoff is 6 p.m.).

From the White House media release:

This event is free and open to the public.  Space is available on a first come, first serve basis. No ticket is required.
