WCCO Radio Program Director Wendy Paulson has been let go, a station executive confirms.

Mick Anselmo, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, says Paulson is “no longer with the company,” but would not give a reason for the split.
Anselmo says programming will report to CBS vice president Steve Moore, and assistant programming director Lindsey Peterson and news director Adam Thomas will share management duties. “I have confidence in the programming,” Anselmo says.
WCCO has made numerous changes in recent months, including buying out Eric Eskola and several station veterans; newscaster Telly Mamayek left yesterday for a job with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Along the way, the station has added hosts such as Chad Hartman and Tommy Mischke, but ratings have still generally drifted down among all listeners, though there’s been a slightrebound in the recent months.
