Best Buy doesn’t think much aboot our sense of humor, ay?

You might have seen the recent Best Buy commercials, in which real employees share sentimental stories about how they were able to help a customer. Canadians, however, are being treated to humor instead of sappiness this holiday season, observes the Out to Launch blog. Best Buy hired BBDO New York for the U.S. campaign, while Best Buy Canada hired Zig to create its humorous commercials. Any ideas why the two countries would be played the way they were?
