Just in time for the holidays, Sun Country Airlines employees will get some of their money back.
Employees took a paycheck hit in the fall to help the airlines get over a rough patch, and the plan is that the first repayment will come on Christmas Eve.
CEO and Chairman Stan Gadek e-mailed employees that his intention is to pay back all amounts deferred, with interest, by April.
He acknowledged the “hard work and perseverance” of the employees during the challenges of the past few months.
