Best Buy ‘interested’ in selling used video games

Used video games are “strategically very interesting” to Best Buy, the retailer’s CFO told investors at a conference today.

Dow Jones reports that Ryan Robinson, speaking at an RBC Capital event, said Best Buy has so far missed out on used video games sales, and that there’s opportunity in reselling video games because of the high profit margins involved.

The company official would not comment on speculation that used-seller GameStop might make a good acquisition.
