A luxury handbag designer is suing Target in a lawsuit that’s a close replica of one filed a few years ago.
According to the Associated Press, Coach says Target is selling “exact and/or confusingly similar reproductions” of the company’s upscale products.
A Target spokeswoman tells the AP it’s looking into the situation and respects the intellectual property rights of others. The retailer settled a similar lawsuit with Coach in 2006.
