Medspira gets license to sell Mayo Clinic products: Medspira announced Wednesday it has entered into an agreement with Mayo Clinic to market and manufacture several products developed by the Rochester-based medical clinic. ValuVision stock declines as 3Q losses narrow: Eden Prairie-based ValueVision Media Inc., the parent company of ShopNBC, on Wednesday said its third quarter losses narrowed as it cut operating expenses.
