Stratasys to auction 3D printer from Jay Leno’s Garage: Stratasys Inc. will auction its Dimension SST 3D printer from Jay Leno’s Garage Internet site for charity, the company announced Tuesday. Stratasys, based in Eden Prairie, said proceeds from the auction will go to a community building organization in Brooklyn, N.Y., supported by Leno. Fredrikson & Byron forms internal investigations practice group: Fredrikson & Byron has formed an internal investigations practice group, the law firm has announced. The Minneapolis firm formed the group to help clients identify regulatory and employment issues before they result in litigation. Dulce Foster, a litigator and white collar and regulatory defense attorney, will be the chairwoman of the group. Read full story offering 99-cent holiday shipping: Best Buy’s website will offer 99-cent standard shipping on most products for the holidays, the company announced Tuesday. The offer doesn’t include products that require a scheduled delivery. The company, based in Richfield, also said that orders placed by 10 a.m. Dec. 21 will be delivered by Christmas. Wis.-based Anchor BanCorp to be bought: A group led by Chicago investment banker Steven Hovde will invest up to $400 million in Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin and assume 95 percent ownership of the beleaguered Madison, Wis., bank holding company. Hovde’s group, Badger Holdings LLC, will buy up to 483.33 million shares of Anchor BanCorp stock at 60 cents per share. Read full story
