Target milk lawsuit continues on appeal: A class-action lawsuit against Target Corp. over milk that was marketed as organic will continue following a ruling Wednesday out of the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Target and other grocery retailers were sued in 2007 over milk marketed as organic despite alleged violations of federal organic standards by Boulder, Colo.-based producer Aurora Organic Dairy. Ohio Farmers Insurance signs Bloomington lease: United Properties announced Wednesday that Ohio Farmers Insurance Co. has signed a lease for 18,200 square feet at its Normandale Place office building in Bloomington. Ohio Farmers Insurance moved into the space on Sept. 1. Read full story

Schussler buys Eden Prairie barn: Twin Cities restaurant creator Steven Schussler recently purchased an historic Eden Prairie barn from Hennepin County for $82,000, according to an article in Eden Prairie News. Schussler, best known as the founder of Rainforest Cafe, submitted the only bid for the Goodrich-Ramus Barn at 14150 Pioneer Trail. Read full story
