Target will sell Facebook gift cards: Target Corp. will begin selling Facebook Credits gift cards on Sept. 5, the company announced Wednesday. Minneapolis-based Target will be the first retailer to sell the cards at bricks-and-mortar locations. Read full story

Lawson CEO received $4.9 million in compensation in ’10: Lawson Software CEO Harry Debes received nearly $4.9 million in compensation last year, up from about $3.5 million in 2009, according to a regulatory filing. The St. Paul-based business software company paid Debes a salary of $650,000 in 2010, flat compared to 2009. However, his stock-awards compensation rose to nearly $1.8 million in 2010, up from about $1.3 million in 2009. His options-awards pay, meanwhile, increased to $1.38 million, up from $958,696 in 2009. Read full story
