Chances of spring flooding low

While the chances of spring flooding are always unknown, it doesn’t
look likely that we’ll see the kind of spring floods we’ve seen in
years past. Heavy rains this fall does mean that there is a lot of
water in the ground — and we still have some weather hurdles to get
over yet this year — but overall, we aren’t facing a serious threat of spring flooding.
