Coldest of the season so far…

UPDATE: You just lived through the third warmest November on record. The average temperature at the St. Cloud Airport for the month was: 39.3 degrees, 10.5 degrees above average. We couldn’t quite crack the top 2, but we were close… the 2nd warmest November still stands at 39.5 degrees in 1899 and the warmest November still stands at 41.8 degrees in 2001.

Today will be the last day of our honeymoon/sabbatical as temperatures climb back into the 40’s making it nearly a full month with seeing temperatures above average. We get back to reality tomorrow and Thursday as the first dump of colder air flushes in from the polar regions. Just in time too as we start meteorological winter today, marking (on average) the coldest three months of the year for us here in St. Cloud.
